Terms of service

These terms cover your use of MockupMania (mockupmania.com), which is run by RX Alpha Tech, Australia. By creating an account or downloading a mockup you agree to them.

Your account

• You need a free account with a confirmed email address to download mockups.
• Keep your sign-in details safe. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• One account is for one person. Please don't share your account.

Premium

• Premium unlocks every premium mockup. It costs $9.99 a month or $59.99 a year, in US dollars.
• Payments are taken by Stripe. Premium renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from your account page. After you cancel, you keep Premium until the end of the period you've already paid for, and then it stops. We don't charge you again.
• If a renewal payment fails, Premium downloads pause until the payment goes through.
• If we change a price, we'll tell you by email before it applies to your next renewal.

Fair use

Premium is for your own work. To prevent automated or shared use of a single account, each account can download up to 30 premium mockups a day. We may suspend accounts that scrape, resell or share files.

Downloads and licence

Everything you download is covered by our licence. The mockups stay the property of MockupMania and the creators who made them.

Availability

We work to keep MockupMania and its downloads available, but we can't promise the service will always be uninterrupted. We may add, change or remove mockups at any time.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change matters, we'll let you know by email or on the site.
