Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information MockupMania collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. MockupMania is run by RX Alpha Tech, Australia.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash).
• Billing: if you go Premium, Stripe handles your payment. We store your Stripe customer ID, your plan, and your payment history (amounts and dates). We never see or store your full card number.
• Downloads: which mockups you download and when, with your IP address. We use this to enforce fair use and to pay our creators.
• Basic site use: page views and searches, counted in total, to improve the catalogue.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to run the site: one that keeps you signed in, and one that protects forms from abuse. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

• To run your account and give you access to downloads.
• To take payments and manage your subscription.
• To pay creators (they see download counts and earnings, never your name or email).
• To send account emails, such as email confirmation, password resets and billing notices.

Who we share it with

• Stripe, to take payments.
• Our hosting and email providers, who store and send data on our behalf.

We don't sell your personal information or share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

We keep your account details while your account is open. Payment and download records are kept as long as we need them for accounting and creator payments.

Your choices

You can update your details from your account page at any time. To get a copy of your data, or to delete your account, email system@mockupmania.com from the address on your account.
